Our Immersion Expeditions bring together diverse women from around the world to embark on a shared experience of discovering an approach to leading that resonates with them. Most Immersion Expeditions are virtual, though some do meet in person at some point. Explorers commit to 6 hours of exploring each month. Over 6 months, explorers learn the 4Es methodology in a structured yet deeply personal way – challenging perspectives, gaining insights, and growing alongside a global network of women. These expeditions are designed for women who thrive in collaboration, learning from and with others as they navigate leading in all its forms.
