Impact Report 2025-26

2025/2026 has been a defining year for Women Emerging, marked by focus, momentum, and impact. Across universities, cities, and communities, from peacebuilders in Africa to changemakers around the world, Explorers have told us that the expedition builds their confidence in leading, it is value for their time and, importantly it is something they would recommend to the woman in their network.

That momentum translated into growth. Our Guide community expanded. Our university partnerships deepened. Our network reach has quadrupled. And the number of sponsors and partners who believe in this work grew, each bringing new energy and new networks.

As we move into 2026/27, we will be building on this foundation with our focus being on scale.

Impact Report 2024-25

This has been a year of testing and building — and the evidence is clear. Our expeditions, podcast, events, writing, and community are drawing women in. The message is spreading — through our work and through the partners who are helping carry it forward. We perfected our group expeditions, running them alongside fabulous organisations and women. We deepened our free solo expedition — taken by women at kitchen tables, on walking trails in Bhutan, in quiet moments carved out of full lives. Every time, the outcome is the same: confidence, new skills, and a stronger sense of how to lead.

All the way through the year, we built our community and captured everything we have learnt — culminating in the launch of the WE Hub, a free, AI-powered digital library of practical leadership intelligence, generated by women, for women, wherever they are.
