Many women reach a point where the role or institution that once defined them is no longer where they can create the change they know is possible. This transition is rarely spoken about, yet it calls for a different way of leading.

Women Emerging will bring together 24 women from around the world who are stepping beyond the roles that shaped them to lead broader change. Over five months, they will explore this transition together, building a trusted community, developing a leadership approach that is truly their own, and sharing what they discover to inspire other women on the same path.

The expedition will be led by Julia Middleton and Essie North, supported by exceptional Guides who have already navigated this journey and will share their experiences with openness and honesty.
