Young women across the world are already leading

in communities, classrooms, organisations, businesses, and movements. Yet many are doing so without access to leadership development, networks, or support their ambition deserves. WE Wavemakers was created in response to this.

WE Wavemakers is a 6-week online leadership accelerator by Women Emerging for young women who are already creating change in their communities or networks.

It was created from the first two expeditions for Global Changemakers — groups of young changemakers aged 20–25 from across the world who came together to explore their own approach to leading and to share their experiences of leading in different contexts.

Designed by young women,

WE Wavemakers is built on the Women Emerging (WE) 4Es methodology — discovered on the first Women Emerging expedition and strengthened through expeditions ever since.

Through WE Wavemakers, young women are invited to discover their own approach to leading, connect with a global community of peers, and grow confidence in how they show up in their own contexts.
