What is Basecamp?

Many women told us they wanted a way to find out about the Women Emerging methodology before committing to a full expedition.

Basecamp is that starting point, where an expedition begins. It is where individual women begin to explore the Women Emerging methodology of the 4Es and reflect on their own way of leading, whether they are leading at work, at home or in the community.

Basecamp introduces you to the first of the 4Es: Essence, and encourages you to reflect about what in your make-up, influences how you lead.

Basecamp is virtual and self-paced, designed to fit into the lives of busy women. You can complete it in around two hours, either in one sitting or over a two-week period.

When you join Basecamp, you are also joining the WE Community – a community of women leading across geographies, generations, abilities, aspirations, backgrounds, beliefs, sectors and specialisms.

Basecamp is the beginning — not the destination.

From here, you can choose to begin a Women Emerging Expedition for your organisation or community, engage with content on the WE Hub, or join other women in the WE Community events.
