A 7 month expedition for groups of 24 women to find their own approach to leading.
Our group expeditions bring together diverse women from around the world to embark on a shared experience of discovering an approach to leading that resonates with them. Over 7 months, explorers learn the 4Es methodology in a structured yet deeply personal way – challenging perspectives, gaining insights, and growing alongside a global network of women. These expeditions are designed for women who thrive in collaboration, learning from and with others as they navigate leading in all its forms. If you’re looking for a supportive, immersive, and transformative experience, a group expedition is for you.
