Just read IRENA’s latest gender report, and it really hit me, women still make up only 32% of the renewable energy workforce. The same number as in 2019. No change in six years.

And honestly, this isn’t just a clean energy problem. In so many industries, women are still missing from leadership tables, technical roles, and spaces where big decisions are made.

It’s not just about numbers, it’s about voices, ideas, and perspectives we lose when women aren’t there.

Real change starts with flexibility, mentorship, and a bit more intention.

Have you seen this shifting where you work?

This hits close to home 🌱 In my own team, I’ve seen how flexible policies and mentorship really help women step into technical and leadership roles. It’s amazing how much innovation blooms when diverse voices are included—definitely a space where we need more intention and action
