But somehow, there’s still a gap within our sisterhood. Too often, we find ourselves competing when what we truly need is collaboration.
When we come together, our voices echo louder, our dreams grow bigger, and our impact reaches further.

Lots of hearts to this! To lead is to lead with and lead for! Our leadership is a result of countless women who came before us, challenged power, opened doors and built a foundation. I constantly ask myself whether my leadership is allowing for more possibilities for women around me and for those who will come after.
