What is a solo expedition?

This self-paced expedition is designed for individual women leading at work or within the community, whether you have been leading for a long time or just beginning to lead.

The solo, like our other expeditions, uses the expedition methodology – based in the 4Es – which emerged from the first expedition and has been perfected on expeditions ever since.

In addition to the modules, you will step into the WE Hub, our ever-evolving library of leadership intelligence. Here, you’ll find practical insights and everyday tips on leading, always there to guide you on your expedition.

Within the WE Hub, you will also discover the WE Forum, a space where you can bring your questions about leading and hear from women across geographies, generations, abilities, aspirations, backgrounds, beliefs, sectors and specialisms. A place to listen, to share, and to know that you are never walking this path alone.

You will also join the Women Emerging community, a community unlike anything you’ve experienced before. It’s a movement of women, with one thing in common: a shared desire to explore, to connect, and to reframe leading so that more women choose to lead.
