Accelerator Expeditions are six-week, online programmes for large groups of up to 1,000 women, requiring approximately 1.5 hours per week. Through self-paced learning centred on the 4Es, Explorers build a language for their own leading, recognise how they are already leading, strengthen their confidence, question limiting assumptions and develop cultural intelligence while connecting with women across the world.
