Women Emerging have created a framework which provides shape and structure for women to explore leadership. We call this framework an ‘Expedition’.

A Women Emerging expedition guides you to explore leading through four distinct lenses, known as “the four Es”: Essence, Elements, Expression, Energy. 

By the end of an expedition, you will have explored leading from your own unique perspective and context and will be empowered to decide how you want to lead.

You can explore individually or convene a group of members from across your community.

Explore With A Group

Group expeditions will enable you to explore leadership individually and share your collective experiences as a community. Women Emerging will lead a number of group expeditions, others we will support, and some will organically begin using the resources available.

Explore Individually

You can embark on your expedition individually, exploring at a pace which works for you, with access to our free resources, materials, and workshops.

We offer the map, supplementary materials and a community for you to connect with and learn from, however you choose to explore. All we ask is that at the end, you share what you find so we can add to the library of content, wisdom and learning available to women everywhere.
