Over the course of three years, Women Emerging (WE) has connected thousands of women across the world via an online community and podcast. What started out as a small LinkedIn Group during the isolation of the pandemic, by Julia Middleton, Founder and CEO of Common Purpose, and the author of two leadership books, is quickly turning into a Global Leadership Movement. As a result, Julia stepped down from her role at Common Purpose and decided to lead with full force a Movement that was soon going to belong more to the women who were turbocharging it than herself.
