Women Leading in Business in Pakistan
A diverse group of over 150 women from across Pakistan are taking part in this expedition which has been designed to allow women to embrace and achieve mastery of their own leading style. The expedition is taking place over 6 months between April 2024 and October, with participants meeting up for over 80 hours of contact time. Much of this will be online, however, the programme commenced with an in person event in Karachi and will conclude with an in-person retreat.
Dr Ayesha Mian, founder and CEO of Synapse as well as a member of the very first Women Emerging expedition is Leading the expedition, supported by Zoya Matin. Women Emerging are partnering with Human Resource Solution International, HRSI, to deliver this expedition.
This programme focuses on helping emerging women leaders to
-Forge their own path of self-discovery & personal evolution
-Drive responsive change in their organisation and community
-Influence society by instilling a contextual and respectful approach
-Become part of a global and diverse network of women leaders across age, race, careers and creed
