Individual exploration

The solo expedition, like our other expeditions, follows the expedition methodology - based in the 4Es - which emerged from the first expedition and has been perfected by expeditions ever since. The first of the Es is ‘Essence’: explorers establish what in their make-up influences how they lead. The second is ‘Elements’: they unpick how their Essence shows up in how they lead. The third is ‘Expression’: they work through how the first two Es shape their day-to-day leading. The fourth is ‘Energy’: explorers discover how the flow across their first three Es generates the energy of leading.

The solo expedition is available at no cost because Women Emerging is a movement. A movement of women, determined to help others lead in a way they want to. This isn’t a ‘programme  - it’s a space for you to discover, explore, and reframe leading with support and guidance from the Women Emerging methodology and thoughtfully created digital resources ranging from blogs and podcasts to audio clips. By starting the expedition, you become part of the Women Emerging community – a community like nothing you have ever experienced before; it’s a movement of women leading across the world, women from different geographies, generations, sectors, specialisms, backgrounds, beliefs, abilities and aspirations with one thing in common: a desire to explore, to share, and to reframe leading so that more women choose to lead.
