You must be reading my mind. I have been thinking more and more about rhythms and balance. But more importantly for me, I am learning to reach out and ask questions. As a friend of mine would always say, shame is such an under-explored emotion. Instead of always acting tough or always trying to figure it all out by myself, I am now learning to “drop quick messages” and simply ask questions. It makes me uncomfortable but isn’t discomfort part of leading?
