In this episode, Julia speaks with Lulu Raghavan about the challenges and rewards of leading teams. Lulu, Vice President APAC at Landor and Fitch, one of the world’s largest design firms, reflects on her early experiences of leadership, from the moment she first felt like a leader at school to guiding teams in a global organisation today.
The conversation explores the delicate balance of leadership—how to foster growth in others without overshadowing them, how to navigate the opportunities and pitfalls of remote work and how to build both yourself and your brand from the ground up.
An insightful discussion on the realities of team leadership and the lessons that shape us along the way.
