Women Emerging Community Event

Give to Gain
Building Trust in Your Leadership

18 March 2026 | 60-Minute Virtual Panel

Trust isn’t automatic

Leading today requires more than expertise or authority. It requires trust — the kind that strengthens teams, builds credibility, and creates lasting impact.

Join us for the launch of the Women Emerging (WE) Community Event Series, an interactive event for women across geographies, generations, sectors, and specialisms to learn, grow, inspire and be inspired in their leadership journey. This month’s event is themed “Give To Gain: Building Trust In Your Leadership”.

Youth Expedition

Youth Expeditions are designed specifically for younger women, offering two tailored options:

WE16 for 16-year-olds and WEUni for women in universities . Like our other expeditions, these are fully online, providing a dynamic space for young women to explore what it means to lead and connect with a global community.

What This Conversation Is About

Our March theme, Give to Gain: Building Trust in Your Leadership, will explore how women can build and sustain trust in their leading by drawing on lived experience of our speakers — the lessons learned, what has worked, and what has been refined over time.

Through open dialogue and shared stories, our speakers will reflect on:

  • What trust truly requires in leading
  • Insights from navigating complex challenges
  • How giving, through guidance, recognition, and opportunity, strengthens trust in your leading

This conversation also connects with International Women’s Day 2026 and its focus on “Give to Gain,” making it a timely, relevant, and resonant event for women leading across geographies, generations, backgrounds, abilities and sectors.

Why Attend?

  • Because as divides deepen and trust between those leading and the people they lead gets damaged, the world needs women’s knowledge, expertise, and insights more than ever.
  • Because many women are turning away from ‘status quo’ leading and are searching for an approach that truly resonates.
  • Because leading can feel isolating — and connection matters.
  • Because trust takes intention.
  • Because growth happens in community.

Be part of the beginning.

Be part of the conversation.

Be part of a community shaping the future of leading.

If you are not part of the Women Emerging community, this an invitation to be a part of the global shift in leadership and influence generations to come.
