1. Why is “an approach to leadership that resonates with women” needed?

While there are so much diversity of leadership approach due to different background, culture and environment, there got to be something in common for women leadership approach since they as leaders have to go through so much hurdles before they are recognized and function as leaders.

2. Halfway through the Expedition what are you uncovering?

The whole exercise is a journey of self-discovery and reflection, and gives us the opportunity to really think deep about the known and unknown.
