Erica is head of EY Strategy and Transactions practice, one of the four service lines of EY Greater China, with 1000+ professionals and 100+ partners in this team, and she started to manage such a business in 2016.
She is based in Shanghai with over 20 years of relevant experiences in transaction space, and has been advising private equity clients and western multinational companies with their inbound investments and acquisitions in China, as well as Chinese clients’ outbound investments in overseas market. In the past decade, she has led hundreds of deals and advised clients with due diligence, sale and purchase agreement negotiations, and completion accounts analysis, with deal size ranged from millions to billions US dollars.
Before joined in EY in 2001, Erica worked for General Motors in China, and BASF in both China and the USA.
