Anna Kuk was born in Poland. She is graduated from Karol Szymanowski Music Academy. In the academic year of 2015/2016 she was perfecting her music skills in the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. During that time she was involved in many orchestral and chamber music projects where she was gaining experience (eg. with members of London Symphony Orchestra, members of Berliner Philharmoniker - Sharoun Ensemble, AUKSO Chamber Orchestra, ArchSinfonia). Anna has taken part in many concerts and international festivals: BBC Proms, Aix-en-Provance Festival (as a member of European Union Youth Orchestra: 2014-2018), Film Music Festival (e.g. with Hans Zimmer) in Kraków. She has worked under the direction of prominent conductors, including Simon Rattle, Takuo Yuasa, Michail Jurovski, Bernard Haitink, Vladimir Ashkenazy, and Vasilly Petrenko.
Anna has graduated from prestigious Warsaw School of Economics (Culture Management) and accomplished course of Diplomatic Protocol at European Academy of Diplomacy in Warsaw. She is a manager of Artistic Association Crossover in Poland where she is also founder and musician of cross-art string quartet Reverb Ensemble (ensemble resident of National Museum in Cracow 2018) and Ensemble.s.Paris. In 2018 and 2019 was chosen by Adam Mickiewicz Institute to be one of the delegates at the international Classical:NEXT conference in Rotterdam.
Her big fascination is power of language as a tool to discover meaning of self-identity and social awareness. Anna is sharing her experience with younger generation by giving lectures at Music High Schools in Poland or by taking part in international e projects like Europe101where she is one of the panelists. She is a prize-winning poet (her first book of poetry was shortlisted for a title The Kazanecki Best Book of The Year).
She speaks fluently 5 languages. Living in Paris.
