Another powerful question Gen Z continues to raise is about visibility and the right to occupy space. At corporate events, leadership forums, and informal gatherings, senior women leaders are often seen moving toward smaller circles or staying on the sidelines, even when these spaces shape influence as much as formal meetings do. Visibility is not just about being seen, it is about being remembered, included, and considered.
When leadership presence is built in conversations outside the boardroom, what happens when women feel less comfortable stepping into those spaces? How many opportunities, relationships, and moments of influence are quietly missed because taking up space still feels risky or unwelcomed?
