Sacredness has always been an important part of my life because it reminds me to honor the dignity and worth of every person I encounter. In my work with the girls at KickOff Solutions, sacredness isn’t abstract, it shows up in small, intentional gestures. It’s in listening when a girl shares her fears about marriage pressures or job rejections, and reminding her that her voice matters.
Leadership, for me, becomes less about control and more about walking beside others, creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and enough.

What small acts of sacredness make a difference in your world?

This is such a pertinent reflection! It made me think about how sacredness often silently guides everyday expression of my leadership. Like you say, it’s political as much as it’s personal, for me, it enables me to hold space for others and be intentional about accompaniment and question popular notions of power.

Beautifully said✨ I’ve found that even small gestures—like truly listening to a teammate or acknowledging their efforts—can transform how supported someone feels. Leadership really does shine when we honor others’ worth every day
