This is such an interesting reflection. As I think hard and deeply about this, I realise that I grew up in a household where I always saw my mother lead- take decisions, set norms and standards and be the authority figure but not sure it was described or even seen as leadership in a positive light. It was seen more as stepping in, taking more space than needed, seeming overbearing and overconfident. Its amazing how so much of leadership is linked to the masculine
