Reply To: Two Everyday Practice That Helped Me Lead Better

Here are two things that help me as a leader
– When possible, I start my day by doing something important from home so that when I arrive to the office I am make myself totally available for taking time to chat and take news of each collegues
– In a meeting, when we need to make a decision together, I try to give my opinion at the end, to make sure everybody feels free to express and that I can conclude taking in account everything that has been expressed.
