It sounds so positive hearing how you share about the great pride and joy that you feel having contributed to one’s journey as a mentor and how the relationship expanded your knowledge and confidence as a mentee. I am happy we are all asserting that it’s important for mentors and mentees to know that mentorship is a mutual partnership!
