Absolutely true,As a young woman with such an ambitious spirit,I remembered being given a feedback from a work I have just started, sincerely when I was given the feedback,I literally was sad at first but after much given thought,I realized it was always necessary receiving feedbacks and giving feedbacks with honesty and kindness🙏
